Minutes from Telephone Conference Jan 8 2005

On January 8, 2005, fifteen (15) members of MAGDU met via conference call to

discuss the combined revised constitution a bylaws document in order to

approve it.  However, a number of the people present may have received a

copy of the document that did not contain some important information about

how amendments would be added to this document.  So it was decided that the

correct document would be sent to everyone (including those who could not be

present at today's meeting) for final review. 

After reviewing the document for a number of days, everyone is to contact Gary Norman, the president of MAGDU with their vote and/or amendments.  This needs to happen quickly

Because of time constraints related to the IRS since some of the language

contained in this document has to do with 5013C status.

Present at today's meeting were:

Gary Norman,  Ruth Hairsine, Steve Hairsine,  Al Pietrolungo, Joane Kucic, Pat Sheehan,

Jane Sheehan, Howard Della, Kae Della, Margaret Buzzard, Linda, Penny Reeder, Scott Marshall,

 anessa Lowery.

Nancy from Harbor Express popped in briefly as well. Gary Norman would like

for her to be on the board since she has an interest in issues related to

Guide dogs.
